What Happens Next?

Start by contacting your insurance provider to lodge your claim and obtain your claim number. When speaking with your insurer, let them know you would like your caravan repaired by Cameron Caravan Repairs and ask for us to be listed as your preferred repairer. - Send Us Your Claim Details
Once you have your claim number, contact our team by phone or email, or complete the form below. We'll ask for some information about your caravan, your insurance claim and photos showing the damage. Our team will review the photos promptly to get an initial understanding of the work required. If we need to see the damage more closely, we'll arrange for your caravan to be brought into our workshop for an inspection. - We Prepare Your Quote
We'll assess the damage and put together a repair quote along with supporting photos for your insurer. We'll then provide the required information to your insurance company so they can review the proposed repairs and provide approval. - Approval & Parts
Once your insurer has authorised the repairs, we'll let you know and organise any parts or materials required. We'll wait for the necessary parts to arrive before arranging your repair booking. This helps avoid having your caravan sitting at our workshop unnecessarily while we're waiting on parts. - Bring Your Caravan In
When the parts are ready, we'll contact you to organise a suitable booking date. Your caravan will then come into our workshop for the approved repairs, with our team keeping you informed along the way.
